Yoga can be so powerful when practised as a healing art, and I hope to bring yoga to empower as many people as possible, one mat at a time. There is no better time than now to reconnect, rediscover and restore your mind and body during this turbulent time. All proceeds from this sessions will be donated to the World Health Organization. Be prepared to sweat and flow with me on the mat for 35 mins each day, with a focus on strengthening the muscles, improving flexibility and stamina. Join me in taking this 7 day Yoga for Relief Challenge. All you need is an open heart and mind, a towel and mat. Join the movement and spread the love and share it with your colleagues, family and friends. Namaste! At the end of end session, do tag a photo of yourself with #yogaforrelief.
