We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Business Development Manager, who can help Airschool bring local and international experts on the platform. If you get excited about finding smarter ways to do things, and have a burning desire to be part of a winning team, join us and make a difference

For this position

Your role will include:

  • Drive business development and lead generation processes to grow expert’s base and business.
  • Closely coordinate with the external stakeholders to help them create winning courses.
  • Expert communication and coordination ensuring that community strategy supports overall brand goals and objectives.
  • Design and implement innovative sales strategies based on market study and trends.
  • Review your deliverables daily through dashboards & reports and ensure that you are meeting expectations.
  • Proactively reach out to experts, student networks and communities through digital means.
  • Understand use of various technology platforms and the ability to educate and integrate the requirements of experts, creative team and developers.
Qualifications & Key Skills
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities and comfort with public speaking (small and large groups).
  • Ability to provide high-level customer service with keen attention to detail and organization.
  • Comfortable with remote working environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with confidence with cold calling and business development.
  • Proven Sales track record.
  • Maintain confidentiality & thoroughness.

Performance Marketing Expert

We are looking for a passionate Performance Marketing Expert who will be executing Facebook Platform Ad campaigns for lead generation & sales for Experts and Learners across multiple channels. If you get excited about finding smarter ways to do things, and have a burning desire to be part of a winning team, join us and make a difference.

For this position

Your role will include:

  • Developing strategy and plans for awareness, lead gen, evaluation and purchase stages
  • Exploring and implementing various funnel strategies for course sales and business development
  • Ideating, developing and running social media ad campaigns
  • Improving Ads copy and experimenting with different variations
  • Daily management of Meta campaigns once live
  • Regularly updating self with digital marketing trends and strategies to keep us ahead
  • Setting up retargeting pixels, custom conversions, etc.
  • Optimizing campaigns to ensure the lowest possible cost per result
Qualifications & Key Skills
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
  • Knowledge of landing pages, funnels, conversions, testing etc.
  • Demonstrable experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results
  • Comfortable with remote working environments
  • Strong communication skills
  • Driven and initiative-taker
  • High attention to detail
