Practitioner of Advertising & Media, Bilal loves innovation. He is heading On Ground (Pvt) Ltd as a Chief Executive Officer which is the brainchild to feed his entrepreneurship spirit. His playing field is ideas it was the idea of empowered youth from Young Leaders' Conference 2007 that drove him to create and preside Nawabshah Youth Organization (NYO) in 2007, lead Rotaract Youth Club in 2008 and Pakistan Youth Conference in 2009, 2010 and 2012, and have honor to championed Pakistan's biggest youth gathering Young Leaders' Conference 2011. Bilal has jumped on the trainer wagon and has already created ripples with his energy and joviality amongst 20,000 youth locally and globally. iWrite Journal listed Bilal amongst the Top 30 Under 30' youngsters of Pakistan.
